Pronounced "ANNA-dure", this compound is very similar to deca-durabolin. It contains the nandrolone compound, but is longer lasting nandrolone than deca, lasting around a month in length. this is not a commonly used steroid with competetive bodybuilders, as deca is more readily available, as long as the deca isnt a fake (anadure is much less likely to be faked than deca).

   The myth that anadur requires a higher protein intake than regular deca has never been proven, and frankly I am not sure where this bullshit started! Sure it enhances protein synthesis, and creates an anabolic environment, but you can consume the same amount of protein as if you were on deca. Don't go eating a friggen' cow thinking you are going to get bigger.

   Typical dosages range from 100-200mg per week with a low occurance of sides. Gyno is minimal unless prone to it. Most people will stack this with a test such as propionate or cypionate, and a quicker acting oral such as dianabol or winstrol. Many people report a lower retention of fluids while on anadur versus deca.
